Declutter to Reduce Stress (Day 18 of 21)

Hello Reader,

Decluttering is more than just creating a clean house.

The act of decluttering and then living in a clutter-free home can help reduce your stress and anxiety.

I always know when things are getting out of hand in my home. I actually FEEL it.

Do you feel it?

Today I want to challenge you to find one tiny space in your home that causes you anxiety and give it 15 minutes. Set a timer. Commit to 15 minutes.

You may be surprised at what you can accomplish so quickly.

Maybe clean out your junk drawer.

Throw away pens that no longer work. You know the ones that make you mad every time you grab them but they don't write properly.

Throw away a broken food container.

Think of that one thing that drives you nuts every time you see it, but you continue to hold on to it for whatever reason.

It will feel great to let go!

Not sure where to start? Check out The Big Declutter!
